Levi's blessing day

We had a ton of family over on Dec 6th for Levi's blessing. I am so happy that so many people came. It was awesome to bear my testimony and look out at 3 pews of my family there. I bought this adorable angel gown for Levi. John told me that I had to take off the wings because "mormons don't believe that angels have wings." Whatever!! The outfit was so cute and wouldn't be the same without the wings. So the wings stayed on and John was embarrassed. Levi has been the best baby! Sleeping 6-9 hours straight. His little smiles are such a reward for me!

Two Impending Births

You all know that we are having a boy in 3-5 weeks (hopefully 3!!) I also feel like I am giving birth to the Ponderosa Ward primary program. It's been gestating for months now. I will be so relieved when it is over. We have 114 kids in our primary, not counting nursery. Thankfully,I have great counselors who help a lot. So on Sept 27th the program will be delivered, and hopefully I will deliver soon after that!

Londyns 5th birthday

Look at John's hilarious facial expression in the background.

She looks so much like John!

We had cousins over instead of friends. (Less work for me!) She had been asking for white high heeled shoes (from Payless) for months. She said she didn't want a doll, just high heeled shoes. Well, you can see she got her wish! She also got a pioneer dress from aunt Josie. Josie sewed it for her so she could look like her cousins. Thanks so much Josie!

Life now

John with his brother Daniel and Lorin at Daniel's wedding.

Liberty drew her first face. She was so excited she said "a face! A face!!"

Well, it's been forever since I've posted. I thought I'd catch up a bit. I am 33 weeks pregnant this week. I had to change OB's and I am delivering at the new hospital in Murray now. Liberty turned 2 in June, and Londyn turned 5 on Saturday. They are cute little friends. Logan had a hard time going to 2nd grade yesterday. Today he didn't cry so that's good. We put in our landscaping in the front yard. This week we are having a water feature installed, I am excited! We still need more trees and plants in front, but at least we have grass. John built a new building with his partners. It is right by WalMart and is a great location. He hired another dentist and three hygienists. Things are going great!! We are excited to have another boy be part of our family. We are mulling over L names!!

Jeff Thatcher-Vocal Percussion

Listen to this! And it is even more amazing live! Remember to pause my playlist first.

Here is one of our favorites, Shambala....

Rockapella!

John meeting Scott Leonard, lead singer and his favorite.
Me drooling over Jeff and his amazing talent!
Rockapella rockin' on stage.
Xassars bro, me and X, having a blast!

We saw them live for the second time. They are incredible! Jeff, the vocal percussionist, is amazing. Besides the mic in his hands, he has two small microphones attached to his neck to get the deep bass drum sounds. He sounds just like a drum. He also did the sound of sleigh bells, using his throat! The bass, George has a silky, deep booming bass. When he sang "Papa Was A Rolling Stone," we went nuts! Scott Leonard has an awesome tenor, I'd recognize his voice anywhere. We screamed an yelled a lot. I am so lucky to have a hubby who loves music like I do. We were both so giddy to meet them afterwards. I hope they come again in 2009! Everyone should have a chance to see them live!
